Mrs. Winifred A. Elwartowski age 76 of Hesperia, Michigan Formerly of Grant died
Saturday May 11, 2002 at her residence in Hesperia. She was born Winifred Alice
Witherell in Ohio the daughter of Ethel (Ring) and Harold Witherell on August 21, 1925.
She married Leonard S. Elwartowski on April 15, 1944 in Ypsilanti, Michigan and he
preceded her in death on September 22, 1981. She was a Homemaker all her life.
She is survived by her children Raymond Elwartowski of Hesperia, MI,
Joseph & Kay Elwartowski of Kingston, TN, Mary Ann Elwartowski of Pueblo, CO,
Virginia Moreen of Fremont, MI, Stanley & Kathy Elwartowski of San Antonio, TX,
10 grandchildren, several great-grandchildren, and her sister June Miller of AZ.
Memorial services will be held at 1:00 P M from the McKinley Grant Chapel on
Wednesday, May 15, 2002 with Father Norbert Leyrita officiating. Visitation
will be held 11:00 A. M. - 1:00 P. M. Wednesday. For memorials please consider
