Mr. Harry B. Eaton, Jr., age 65 of Grant, died Saturday, December 27, 2003 St. Mary's Hospital in Grand Rapids. He was born Harry Burchess Eaton in Grant, the son of Cecile (Graham) and Harry Burchess Eaton, Sr. on August 16, 1938. He married Carol Ann Zufelt on February 15, 1974 in Bailey, Michigan. He was in Maintenance for Grant Public Schools until his retirement.

He is survived by his wife Carol Eaton, his children Rose & Jim Hesting of Grant, Diane & Bob Woodrum of Ravenna, Joann & Irvin Smith of Montague, Tawny & Martin Roberts of Greenville, Lee Eaton of Fremont, his step-daughter Tina Zufelt of Grant, 7 grandchildren, 3 great-grandchildren, his brothers & sisters Barb & Loren Schermerhorn of Cedar Springs, Richard & Judy Eaton of Grant, Molly & Frank Coliff of Ravenna, Midge & Richard Barton of Hurst, TX, Bev & Clayton Waters of Wyoming, Patricia Riggs of Glen Rose, TX.

Funeral services will be held at 11:00 A M from the McKinley Grant Chapel, on Tuesday, December 30, 2003 with Pastor Kelly Carlson officiating. Visitation will be held 2-4 P. M. Monday. For Memorials please consider the American Cancer Society.
