Mrs. Doris E. Wilson, age 88 of Grant, peacefully left this life Monday, April 18, 2005 at her residence in Grant. She was born Doris Evelyn McDougal in Sparta, the daughter of Eva Sophia (Trofast) and Bruce Leonard McDougal on October 8, 1916. She married Fred M. Wilson on October 19, 1940 in Grand Rapids, and he preceded her in death on September 9, 1993. She was a Homemaker all her life.

She is survived by her sons Sanford & Debra Wilson of Grant, Frederick "Ricky" Wilson of Arizona, her grandchildren Amanda L. Wilson, Rodney & Carrie Wilson, her great-grandchildren McKenzie, Isabelle, Glen, Robert & Samantha.

Funeral services will be held at 1:00 P. M. from the McKinley Grant Chapel, on Friday, April 22, 2005 with Charles Pontious officiating. Interment will be in the Parkview Cemetery in Grant. Visitation will be held 7-9 P. M. Thursday. For Memorials please consider the charity of your choice.
