Gladys Wills, 96, of Fremont, passed away Friday Feb. 25, 2005 at Transitional Health Services of Fremont. She was born in Grand Rapids to H. G. and Loretta (Barstow) Hansen, on March 8, 1908. She married Charles Wills April 12, 1952. He preceded her in death August 9, 1998.

Surviving are her daughter Betty (James) Bell of Newaygo; grandsons Edward (Judy) Bell of Fremont, Kenneth Bell of Newaygo; great grandchildren Jacqueline (Brian) Miller and Scott Bell of Fremont and several nieces and nephews.

In keeping with her wishes, cremation has taken place. A memorial service will be held Fri. March 4, 2005 at 3 pm at the McKinley Funeral Home, Newaygo Chapel, with Chaplain Judy Corey officiating. Private burial services will be held at the Big Prairie Everett Township Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the Fremont Fire Department.
