Mrs. L. Marie (Sundell) Bowers, age 76 of Grant, died Wednesday, September 7, 2005 at home. She was born Lucille Marie Sundell in Muskegon, the daughter of Joy Ella (Walkley) and Harold Sundell on February 5, 1929. She was a Homemaker all her life. She was a member of Bailey Christian Church.
She is survived by her son Michael & Debbie Christy of Grand Rapids; her daughter Pamela Chase & Verlin Cregg of Grant; 6 grandchildren; 9 great-grandchildren and her sister Darlene & Barth Murray of Sparta.
Funeral services will be held at 11:00 A. M from the Bailey Christian Church on Friday, September 9, 2005 with Mr. Daren Penwell officiating. Interment will be in Seaman Cemetery. Visitation will be held 2-4 & 7-9 P. M. Thursday at the McKinley Grant Chapel. For memorials please consider the American Cancer Society.
