Mrs. Lucille E. Thumser, age 93 of Grant, died Friday, August 12, 2005 at Transitional Health Services of Fremont. She was born Lucille Elizabeth Brock in Elkhart, Indiana the daughter of Lusettie (Taylor) and Alfred Brock on October 21, 1911. She married Clyde L. Thumser on January 21, 1951 in Muskegon and he preceded her in death on February 1, 1995. She was a Homemaker all her life.

She is survived by her sons Jim & Bev Cook of Sand Lake, Gary Thumser of White Cloud, Nelson & Susie Thumser of Montague, 7 grandchildren, several great-grandchildren.

Funeral services will be held at 2:00 P. M. from the Grant Wesleyan on Tuesday, August 16, 2005 with Pastor Vernon LeFeber officiating. Interment will be in Hillside Cemetery. Visitation will be held 1:00 P. M. until service time. For Memorials please consider Hospice of Michigan-Newaygo County.
