Mr. Antonio Santellan, Jr., age 68 of Grant, died Tuesday, June 28, 2005 at Spectrum Health-Butterworth Campus in Grand Rapids. He was born Antonio Santellan, Jr. in Mexico the son of Anastacia (Medrano) and Antonio Santellan, Sr. on March 12, 1937. He married Santiaga Grimaldo Sanchez on August 22, 1991 in Grant. He was a Laborer for Campbell, Wyatt, Cannon, of Muskegon, until 1990. He was a communicant of St. Bartholomew Catholic Church-Newaygo.

He is survived by his wife Sanitaga Santellan, his children Olga Villareal of Newaygo, Angelica & Danny Sanchez of Grant, Sylvia Santellan of TX, Orlando Santellan of TX, his step-daughters Maria & Marcos Rodriguez of Grant, Laura Sanchez of NC, Elena Sanchez of Grant, many grandchildren and great-grandchildren, brothers & sisters Maria de Jesus Ramirez of Holland, Placido Santellan of Holland, Inez & Jere Nino of TX, Marcelina & Aurelio Gonsalez of TX, Francisco & Maria Santellan of Grant, Elodia & Roy Leal of Grant, Lupe & Tom Decker of Muskegon, Jose Juan & Gloria Santellan of Kent City, Gregorio & Pat Santellan of Grant, Mary & Val Castro of Lowell, Isabel & Robert Perez of Grand Rapids, Lucia & Steve Hendricks of Grand Rapids, Alicia & Erasmo Lara, Jr. of Grant, Jean & Jeff Collins of Grand Rapids, Olga Millis of Grand Rapids, Merced & Jerry Clark of Grand Rapids. He was preceded in death by his son Jose Santellan in 2002.

The Funeral Liturgy will be held at 1:30 P. M. from the St. Bartholomew Catholic Church, Newaygo on Friday, July 1, 2005 with Father Tom Boufford as cerebrant. Interment will be in the Parkview Cemetery in Grant. Visitation will be held Thursday 6 - 8:30 P.M. at St. Bartolomew Catholic Church with a Rosary at 7:00 P. M.
