Mr. Charles Frederick Humphries, Age 56 of
Newaygo, died Sunday, September 17, 2006 in Newaygo. He was born Charles
Frederick Humphries in San Diego, California the son of Mary Alice (Reaper)
and Francis Marion Humphries on December 26, 1949. He married Rebecca A.
Larabel on December 31, 1984 in San Diego, California. He was a self
employed Carpet Installer. He was a member of Reorganized Church of Jesus
Christ of Latter Day Saints. He was a member of the Sons of the American
Legion. He is survived by his wife Rebecca Larabel Humphries of Newaygo;
his son Nicholas Humphries of Newaygo; his daughter Shauna Humphries of Oak
Park, IL; his sister Mary Beth & Joe Marinese of Farmington Hills and
several nieces and nephews. Funeral services will be held at 1:00 PM from
the McKinley Funeral Home, Newaygo Chapel on Wednesday, September 20, 2006
with Pastor Jim Dodds officiating. Visitation will be held from Noon to the
time of the service.
