Mr. Rodney Lewis Kelley, Age 69 of Grant, died Tuesday, April 11, 2006 in Muskegon. He was born Rodney Lewis Kelley in St. John’s, Michigan the son of Doris Irene (Lewis) and Gordon Eugene Kelley on June 03, 1936. He was a Switchman for Ameritech until retiring in 1994. He was a member of V.F.W. Post #4249 in Newaygo and the Masonic Temple, Gladstone, Michigan. He was a veteran having served in the Army from March 18, 1957 to March 17, 1960 when he was discharged as a SP4.

He is survived by his brother Gilbert Kelley of Mosinee, WI.

A luncheon and celebration of Rodney’s life will be held 3:00-6:00 P. M. Wednesday, April 19, 2006 at the Cronk’s Oakridge Restaurant, 9103 Mason Dr., Newaygo. Military Honors will held at 4:00 P. M. under the Auspices of the VFW Post #4249 of Newaygo. Interment will be in the Fernwood Cemetery in Gladstone, Michigan.
