Mrs. Shirley M. Hoffman, age 68 of Grant, died Monday, May 15, 2006 at her residence. She was born Shirley Marie Losey in Six Lakes, Michigan the daughter of Hannah Elida (Musson) and Stanley Martin Losey on October 1, 1937. She married Darold "Jerry" Frood Hoffman on November 23, 1963 in Grand Rapids and he preceded her in death on June 23, 1992. She was a Homemaker all her life. She was a member of VFW Auxiliary Wayland.
She is survived by children Roxanne Raterink, Scott & Judy Raterink all of Grant, Sandy & Gary Winell of Kent City, Frank & Margie Hoffman of Grand Rapids, 8 grandchildren. She was also preceded in death by daughter Connie Raterink in 1984.
