Mr. Earl D. "Curly" Wolff, Age 76 of Grant, died Monday, December 10, 2007 at home. He was born Earl D. Wolff in Grant, Michigan the son of Ethel Francis (Patterson) and Donald Wolff on November 20, 1931. He married Janet Ruth VanHorn on March 16, 1974 in Grant.   He was a mechanic for Ravenna Farm Equipment and Deur Implement until his retirement. He attended Grant Reformed Church. He was a veteran having served in the Army during the Korean War from April 08, 1952 to March 1, 1954 when he was discharged as a Cpl (T). 

He is survived by his wife Janet Wolff of Grant; his beloved dog Oscar, his sister Sally (Wolff) Osborn of Richmond, VA; his brother Elmer "Sam" & Wilma Wolff of Grant; his sister-in-law Mary Ellen VanHorn of White Cloud, his nephews and nieces, Greg Osborn Matt Osborn; Maria (Osborn) Howard; Teresa (Wolff) Quinlan; Todd Wolff and Robert Wolff.  He was preceded in death by his brother Arthur "Pudge" Wolff in 1960 and his nephew Donnie Wolff in 1961.  

Funeral services will be held at 11:00 AM from the Grant Reformed Church, on Friday, December 14, 2007 with Pastor Ron Redder officiating. Interment will be in the Ashland Center Cemetery near Grant.  Visitation will be held 2-4 & 7-9 PM Thursday at McKinley Funeral Home, Newaygo Chapel.  For memorials please consider Continue Care or Hospice of Michigan.
