She was my best friend and I will never forget her. I know she is in a better place with Dave and her suffering on earth is over she loved each and everyone of you she talked to me about all of you. She could be very stubburn but had a heart of gold. She was one of a kind thats for sure and I will miss her very much. Colette she thought you was her angel sent from God and I know you did the best you could for both of your parents so don't ever think bad of what you did for them they were very greatful and loved you very much.
I am so sorry for the loss of both your mom and dad. I had no idea they were not well. Your mom cleaned my house for many years in the Grand Rapids/Ada area, and sometimes she brought one of you sisters, and a couple of times a granddaughter. I tried to run around and put everything away while your mom cleaned behind me. Seem she was always a step ahead of me! I want you to know that your mom did so much more than clean my home. Your mom was a true friend, whom I will miss forever. I tried several times to find her, but could not locate her after she moved out of her apartment. Your mom helped me sort through my personal life as much as she helped me sort through my messy house. She even figured out I was pregnant with my third child before I was even ready to admit it to myself (she cleaned the coffee pot with vinegar and sent me running for the bathroom)! She was kind and non-judgmental about all people, and she loved each and every one of you with her whole heart. We shared happy and sad times as we cleaned. I always knew I could count on her good advice. Be gentle with each other as you get through this very difficult time. God Bless and keep you all. McKinley Funeral Homes, Inc.
