Mrs. Welma Loretta Rogers, Age 76 of White Cloud, died Monday, October 29, 2007 at Spectrum Health-Butterworth Campus in Grand Rapids. She was born Welma Loretta Cole in Casnovia, the daughter of Madge Myrtle Eltheo (Post) and William LeRoy Cole on April 8, 1931. She married James Robert Rogers on July 27, 1968 in Grand Rapids Michigan and he preceded her in death on December 18, 1998. She was a Injection Mold Operator for Leon Plastics, Grand Rapids until April 30, 1992 retiring after 22 years. She was a member of First Baptist Church-Newaygo, also a member of Moose Lodge #50 & #763 and UAW Local #19.


She is survived by children Joseph Provenzano of Louisville, KY, Maria &Michael Reed, James Provenzano all of White Cloud, step-son Danny Rogers of Rothbury, granddaughters Virginia & Clifford Roy of Sparta, Angela Provenzano of Colorado, grandsons Butch Bartrum of Grand Rapids, Wayne Wycoff II of White Cloud, James & Becky Provenzano of White Cloud, Peter Provenzano of Colorado, 8 great grandchildren, sisters Emma Purcell of Montague, Thelma Stratton of Grand Rapids.


Funeral services will be held at 1:00 PM from the McKinley Newaygo Chapel, on Thursday, November 1, 2007 with Pastor Mark Holeman officiating. Visitation will be held 7-9 P. M.
