Mr. Clifford Eugene Longcore, Age 85 of Newaygo, died Monday, September 8, 2008 near Fremont. He was born Clifford Eugene Longcore in Fremont, Michigan the son of Elizabeth (Cass) and Leeman Arnold Longcore on October 30, 1922.  He married Elaine Louise Miller on March 27, 1943 in Muskegon and she preceded him in death on September 7, 1994. He then married Marion (Wheeler) (Herman) Longcore on February 14, 1995 in Newaygo, Michigan. He was a Laborer for Wolverine Brass, Grand Rapids until his retirement in 1983. He was a member of White Cloud Church of God.  He is survived by his wife Marion Longcore of Newaygo, his children Robert & Donna Longcore of Fremont, Pam & Kevin Robinson of Grant, Barb & Kim Barry of Newaygo, step son Thomas Herman, 11 Grandchildren, 3 step grandchildren and several great grandchildren.  He was preceded in death by his wife Elaine Longcore, his daughter Cathy Brown, and his granddaughters Stephanie Barry, Kristina Barry, and Tina Pickard.  Visitation was held from 7-9 PM on Tuesday, September 9, 2008. - McKinley Funeral Home, Newaygo 231-652-5613. http:\\mckinleyfuneral.com
