Mr. Gary James Rau, Age 55 of Howard City, died Saturday, September 27, 2008 in Ensley Twp.. He was born Gary James Rau in Saginaw, Michigan the son of Doris Marie (Walsh) and James Walter Rau on August 23, 1953. He was a maintenance man for Sarah Lee, Grand Rapids.  He is survived by his son Matthew Wright of Morley,  his father James & Shirley Rau of Alpena, his mother Doris Rau of Alpena, and his sister Kathy & David Miner of West Branch.  Memorial services will be held at 12:00 PM from the McKinley Funeral Home, Newaygo Chapel on Tuesday, September 30, 2008 with Pastor Doug Bennett officiating.
